The Spectrum Activation is still scheduled for sometime the last week of April. The HOA Spectrum increase will be June. You will NOT need to fill out a new EFT for this increase.

 

If you are currently a Spectrum Customer, please DO NOT CANCEL your Spectrum account. Your current Spectrum account will transition into the new Spectrum bulk buy account.

 

Upon activation, everyone will receive an “Everything Spectrum” phone number. EVERYONE will need to call that number to verify your enrollment in the plan and order your complimentary equipment.

 

If you are not currently a Spectrum customer, you will also need to call the “Everything Spectrum” phone number to set up your account and order your complimentary equipment.

 

The “Everything Spectrum” phone number will NOT be issued to residents until after the activation is complete.
