What is a Spectrum Community and what type of service will Tower Lakes receive?
A Spectrum Community is a multi-dwelling residency, such as an condominium community, that includes Spectrum bulk services as an amenity.
Tower Lakes HOA is a Spectrum Community with Standard Service.
The Standard Service customers in our Spectrum Community includes Spectrum TV Select Plus with 208 Channels, 10 Streaming services, an On Demand Library, and High-Speed Fiber enhanced Internet up to 1,000 Mbps.
What is the Everything Spectrum Phone Number?
The Everything Spectrum Phone Number will be displayed on this website on April 23, 2026, and will be sent via email to all Tower Lakes residents on that date.
Why don’t we receive the Everything Spectrum Phone Number before April 23rd?
Our community service will not be activated until April 23rd. If you attempt to call before that date, all spectrum service representatives will not have any records of our community and will be unable to assist you.
When is the Everything Spectrum number available?
Once our Tower Lakes Community has been activated by Spectrum you may call the Everything Spectrum number anytime day or night 24/7.
As a current Spectrum customer, do I still need to contact the Everything Spectrum Number to establish my Spectrum Community Account?
Yes, every Tower Lakes Residence will be required to set up a Spectrum Community Account. Each resident must call the Everything Spectrum Phone number and create an account for their address. If you are currently a Spectrum customer, DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. When you call in and and verify your account number and PIN, all your current equipment and account information will become part of the our Spectrum Community Account. You will receive your equipment and services to which you are entitled through the Tower Lakes contract. Any services above and beyond those services, such as Premium Channels, DVR and Voice Services, will be charged directly to you.
Why is a Spectrum Community Account necessary for all residents?
To facilitate the provision of complimentary equipment to residents, a community account is required. This account enables Spectrum to monitor the equipment’s status and address any issues, such as recalls or software updates. Each unit is entitled to two (2) XUMO Remotes & boxes and (1) Modem and WIFI Router at no charge.
Please keep in mind that while there is no charge for the equipment, you will be
responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the equipment. You are also responsible
for returning the equipment if you move out of Tower Lakes.
Am I accountable for the spectrum equipment if I relocate?
Yes, upon moving, you are obligated to return the equipment. Please keep in mind that while there is no charge for the equipment, you will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the equipment. You have the option to return equipment to a Spectrum store or via UPS to prevent any potential missing equipment fees.
Is it necessary to complete a new Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for the Spectrum $95 HOA increase scheduled for June?
No, the HOA increase will be processed automatically without any input from our residents.
How do I connect my new equipment?
Installation is simple! You can choose an easy to use self-install kit or professional
installation.

Call Customer Care to request a kit to be mailed to your home, or
• Professional Installation:
Call Customer Care to schedule a professional installation on the date you choose,
with a two-hour window guarantee. This service will incur a fee.

How do I add Spectrum Anywhere service so that I can watch my television from any device, including my computer, tablet, and phone?
To access Spectrum Anywhere, you will need to download the Spectrum App on each of your devices and log in using the user name and password you established with Spectrum. Should you encounter any difficulties, you can contact our Everything Spectrum Phone number for assistance.
Can I inquire about the availability of Spectrum Cell service when contacting Everything Spectrum via their designated phone number?
Yes, the customer service representative will be able to assist you with any service offered by Spectrum.
Can I add or modify the services on my account?
You can add services to our HOA offerings through your account, including premium TV channels, DVR, landlines, and Spectrum Mobile. You can do this through the Everything Spectrum Phone number or through the My Spectrum app.
How can I optimize my WiFi speed?
There are several strategies you can employ to enhance your WiFi speed performance. Ensure that your modem and router are positioned away from signal obstructions, such as walls or objects, to maximize your WiFi speed.
How can I customize my WiFi Network Name and Password?
After setting up your equipment and activating your internet network, you can customize your WiFi network name and password.
The equipment will have a Router Login link at the bottom. Visit that link and use the provided sign-in credentials to access the settings. From there, you can customize the WiFi network name.
Alternatively, you can customize your WiFi network name using the My Spectrum app or by calling the Everything Spectrum Phone number.
