The Tower Lakes Condo Association is unique among other Condominium Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) in the State of Ohio. The Tower Lakes Owners’ Association, Inc. (the “Community Association”) is a non-profit corporation registered in Ohio. The Community Association’s governing documents, known as the Bylaws, outline the powers and responsibilities established in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Tower Lakes Subdivision (the “Declaration”). The primary objectives of the Community Association are to facilitate the efficient operation, maintenance, preservation, and architectural oversight of the development of the Tower Lakes Subdivision.
This subdivision comprises residential condominium buildings with one to four dwelling units. These units are collectively governed by the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for TOWER LAKES SUBDIVISION and report to the “TOWER LAKES OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.” Board of Trustees.
The “Unit Owners Association” is an Ohio corporation, formally known as “[Unit Address] [Street Name] Condominium Association, Inc.” For instance, the address is “1489 Cape Cod Drive Condominium.” Residential condominium buildings can have one, two, or four dwelling units.
