03/18/2024.     A face-to-face meeting was held on March 15 (2:00 p.m.) with Trey Thompson the owner of Thompson Elite Lawn Care (TELC) at the Farmhouse.  TL representatives in attendance included Bill Leffel, Melanie Riggleman, John Grove and Chris Baldasare.  The following items were discussed:

1). The need for TELC to be more prompt in plowing drives, sidewalks, porches and immediately in front of garage doors following 2+” snows.  It was acknowledged that during last snow in February that TELC was short on labor to clear drives, walks and porches. Trey has addressed the situation and it should not be a problem going forward. It was also acknowledged that TL (J Grove) had not communicated the desire for the area immediately in front of garage doors to be shoveled.  This will be included when snow exceeds the 2-inch threshold.

2). The need for residents to communicate with the Snowman (J Grove) when the following occurs:

A). They feel like their street, drive, sidewalk, porch or drive immediately in front of the garage door have been missed in the snow clearing process.

B).  They suspect damage to their property caused by the snow removal operation.  Damage needs to be reported promptly in fairness to TELC and in order to expedite repairs.

3). The following summary of snow events and the applicable cost assigned to the events as they contribute to the $30k trigger amount.

        19 salts of the streets @ $480; 19 salts of the Farmhouse lot @ $15; 6 clearings of streets @ $720; 6 clearings of the Farmhouse lot @ $30; 3 clearings of drives, sidewalks, porches @ $3,760

Total:  $25,185.   (Since trigger amount was not met TL will not pay more than the $30,000 plus tax that agreed to in the contract.)

4).  TELC is willing to review the existing third year of the contract for a downward revision of the trigger amount.  If another year of minimal snowfall occurs in 2024-25.

5).  TELC and TL will meet in early October 2024 to discuss items of concern.
