Tower Lakes is a condominium community started in 1994 by developers Walt and Linda Hunsinger. As of early 2023, there are 55 buildings and nearly 200 residences, with construction ongoing, and a new section in the planning stages. In the fall of 2023, the Mansfield Men’s Garden Club gave the community its Special Recognition Award for the many outstanding examples of homeowner landscaping. See images here.

Residents should put trash containers out for pickup late on Thursdays, for collection early Friday mornings. Exceptions to this schedule are sent to residents via email.
